This project will be a two-story addition at one end of the site to be used as an Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) featuring a viewing roof terrace, and a renovation/addition  to an existing house along a main busy street.

Between the two  structures a garden courtyard becomes the focal center of house.

The ADU portion of this project will be finished with construction in November 2020.
