garage conversion

This project consists of  a garage conversion and  addition to existing residence which will be  used as an Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU).

The existing house and the ADU will have separate entries from the street and private garden patio areas in the back.

This is under construction and slated to be completed in Fall 2019.
