This project involved the interior renovation of an existing front unit and the addition of a second story unit over that.

The whole architectural  style match two other existing unit in back of the property   

• Existing unit renovation: New residence 1,700 sf

• New second story addition: Two bedrooms, One bathroom, 1,000 sf

• Completion slated for the Fall of 2021
