This project consists of new addition to the existing residence  on two levels:

On the Ground level, expanding the open plan Living, Dining, Kitchen area with large folding glazed openings to the garden  beyond and also adding a Seating Porch by the entry door.

On the second floor, expanding the Master Bedroom with access to an

upper roof terrace.

• Existing  residence: 2400 sf. Addition on two levels: 350 sf

• Completion slated for the Fall of 2022
