This project consists of an existing residence converted to ADU in the back of the  property and a New 800sf single family residence (SFR) in the front. 

The SFR , is designed in an open plan Living, Dining, Kitchen

and private areas for two bedrooms and bathroom. 

Green features include: 

- Water tanks connected to planters and a swale in the front

  of the property to drain storm water.

- Low-E windows.

- Solar panels. 

- Tankless water heater.
