This commercial project is located in Oita, Japan.  The completed extension consists of a two-story building block across from the existing shopping mall complex to create a ‘water court’ that becomes the new exciting spatial addition to the entire project.

The North elevation facing the parking area features a series of large signage boards that reinforce the project’s new identity and visibility from the main road.
