This project called for the renovation and area addition to the lower levels of an existing SOGO department store in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

The main features of the design include an entry portal with backlit panels that change colors throughout the day and evening and becomes a focal point of the facade.

Also a second-story outdoor coffee/bar,  LED screens and display boxes  that activate and create and exciting  attraction for the users before entering the department store lobby.

Finally, an exterior plaza which becomes a gathering place for impromptu events, concerts and people watching complete the experience. Completion expected in 2018.
