The project is a renovation and addition of a second-story  to an existing ranch-style residence. The featured living room has a high 25-foot ceilings with extended eaves for sun control and outdoor living spaces with connections to the garden, water features and the pool. The kitchen, bathrooms, living spaces and patios were designed with materials and colors selected to create a serene and peaceful space.
