The master plan consists of the integration of four city blocks in the new technology development center in Wuxi, China. The primary goal of the master plan is the creation of a central court that will serve as ‘technology incubator’ office spaces designed for research and development for regional companies. The program for each block calls for mixed use office buildings—retail, commercial and hotel functions—that will support the new ‘incubator technology park’ which is the main focus of the development. The main planning strategy consists of a series of connecting courtyards throughout the four blocks that could be developed separately over multiple phases.
